The Standard includes new areas such as design and development, customer satisfaction and continual improvement. Through the use of the quality management system Be Modern achieves continual improvement, which will enhance customer satisfaction.
By achieving the Standard it demonstrates to our customers our commitment to managing quality, and provides products which will meet their expectations.
The Standard is internationally recognised and is audited twice per year by one of the World’s leading Certification Bodies (SGS), as well as a programme of Internal Auditing which guarantees compliance to the Standard throughout the Organisation.
The Quality Management System is measured, analysed and monitored to make sure it is working correctly and to continually improve the system. Areas that are measured and analysed include; suppliers, customer returns, customer satisfaction, production data, etc. The system is monitored by the use of internal audits, product inspection, customer returns and internal / external feedback.
