1 YEAR ELECTRIC FIRE WARRANTY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Our IQFX Fire comes with a 1 Year <\/b>warranty as standard, providing you with reassurance and peace of mind. This covers parts and labour.<\/b><\/p>\n

Note: <\/b>Registration is not required for the standard 1 year warranty. If you do not have access to the internet you may register your product via the below contact telephone number.<\/p>\n

  1. The Guarantee applies to<\/b>:\n
      \n
    1. All products in the ranges manufactured by the \u2018Company\u2019 (but subject to the exceptions below): where:<\/li>\n
    2. The product has been purchased and installed within the UK and in respect of<\/li>\n
    3. The initial installation: and in favor of<\/li>\n
    4. The original purchaser<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Proof of Purchase must be retained by the Purchaser<\/b><\/li>\n
    6. The Guarantee does not apply to<\/b>:\n
        \n
      1. Damage or inferior workmanship practices whilst the \u2018Product\u2019 is being installed<\/li>\n
      2. Damage caused by mis-use of the \u2018Product\u2019 or where normal standards of care and use have not been complied with.<\/li>\n
      3. Damage through a malfunction or an inadequately installed electric fire.<\/li>\n
      4. Damage or defects due to mis-use, accident or unauthorised alterations.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. During the guarantee period after the<\/b> \u2018Product\u2019 has been supplied, the Guarantee covers the making good (whether by repair or replacement at the Company\u2019s option) of defects arising from defective manufacture of materials of \u201cProduct\u201d covered in Para 1 all at no cost to the purchaser on the provision:<\/b>\n

        1. The Product has been installed as per Be Modern recommendations. The Purchaser uninstalls the Product and makes it available for collection
          \nby Be Modern.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          This Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n

          On requiring service the purchaser should contact the retailer who supplied your product who will assist and advise you as necessary.<\/b><\/p>\n

          1 YEAR FIREPLACE WARRANTY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

          Be Modern (\u2018the Company\u2019) provides a 1 year warranty in respect of the surround\/fireplace (\u2018the Product\u2019) ranges subject to the following terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

          In the event of service being required, the purchaser should initially contact the retailer\/installer who supplied the product and they will assist and advise you further as necessary.<\/p>\n

          1. The 1 year warranty applies to all Products in the ranges manufactured by the Company where:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            (i) The Product has been purchased and installed within the UK<\/p>\n

            (ii) It relates to the initial installation as carried out for the original purchaser<\/p>\n

            This Guarantee is non-transferable<\/strong><\/p>\n
