Our dedicated Contracts team manage the process seamlessly; discussing your vision and drawing the initial specification, working closely with our in house design, production and logistics team to provide the best possible service, all the way to installation if required and after service.

We work nationally with house builders, developers and architects, and enjoy long standing relationships with several clients with whom we have worked with on large projects for many years.

    Service

    Our in house design team are available to work with architects and designers to develop solutions to specification. With extensive knowledge and experience we can work flexibly to develop products which meet our clients brief both in terms of specification and price.

    Manufacturing our bathroom furniture and heating solutions here in the UK allows us to offer an end-to-end service and turn key solution. We have complete control over the entire process; ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest of standards.

    Our in-house Logistics team deliver across the UK, have experience delivering to sites and are familiar with required procedures and protocol. On site surveys are available upon request.

    Send Us Your Plans & Brief

    Our Contracts team will then work with our Design team to identify your requirement and explore the possible solutions for your specification. We will assess if any of our stocked product meets the brief or if a bespoke solution is required.

    Cad Designs & Quote

    We will then return a detailed proposal which includes product specification options, our product recommendations and price options of the proposed solution(s).

    We can also provide CAD designs for each proposal; and advise on lead times.

    Sign Off

    Once we have confirmed the product and specification with you, we will submit final designs for sign off.

    We’ll Make It

    Once the spec has been agreed, signed off and the primary order has been placed we’ll begin manufacturing and will confirm lead times and delivery dates in accordance with your call off schedule.

    Delivery

    Our logistics team deliver nationally and are highly experienced at delivering to live sites. We will ensure they are familiar with the specific site protocol and procedures prior to delivery to ensure a seamless operation. Call off available for larger projects.

    Our highly knowledgeable after sales/customer service team are based here at the head office and provide expert support with orders, deliveries, technical & maintenance queries and continued product support if required. We’re here to support you throughout your project and beyond.
